Wake up your body on a SUP and feel the spirit of a peaceful morning.
Calling all early birds of Berlin! Join us for a morning paddle-tour in nature, taking in the stillness of the Spree before the day begins. Moving the body and taking in morning sunlight activates the body’s natural circadian rhythm and metabolism to feel more rested, alert, and in an easeful state of equilibrium with your energy levels.
We start by paddling to warm up the body and take in our beautiful surroundings. Then, mobilizing movement and stretching on our floating mats on water to get in touch with body, mind, and breath. To close, guided meditation to center the mind before heading back on land and into the day.

The Morning Motivation class is designed for everyone who knows how to paddle and will be TAUGHT IN ENGLISH.
